As the Director of Finance, I lead our full-time staff of property bookkeeping and accounting professionals. From rent collection to vendor payments, monthly owner statements, and documentation for year-end tax preparation we are well equipped to handle every facet of our owner clients’ real estate rental investments. I joined WPM/LGA in 2007 after a long stretch as Controller at a nationally recognized real estate sales brokerage. “Worry-free” property management is our goal, and our full service accounting department plays a key role in making that a reality. As the General Manager, I wear a number of hats regarding operations both internally and externally. I am heavily involved in keeping our multiple office locations working in concert with one another, and I bring a unique perspective to our firm with my background in real estate sales and brokerage management. One of my key roles is to oversee contract compliance (leases, management agreements, vendor relationships, etc.), and I am also a point of contact for our broker recruiting efforts. I also enjoy meeting with prospective clients, fostering new relationships with referral partners, and being involved with our marketing efforts, productivity, client satisfaction, and quality control. I am the Director of Marketing with over 6 years of experience in property management. I have worked in just about every capacity of multi-family property management, from onsite leasing to corporate positions, overseeing assets in multiple states. Although raised in Covington, Washington I attended the University of Nebraska to study Business Management. After earning my degree, I started my career as a regional operations manager leading various projects for standardized operational performance. I have since transitioned from managing and operating the software side of our resident and owner database to the Marketing side of Lori Gill & Associates. I have extensive knowledge and understanding of property management from various angles of the business that allow me to be a diverse and essential member of the management team.
