The following information will acquaint you with our services and my background as professional property manager.

I am a real estate veteran with nearly 40 years of experience. After graduation from college at the University of Washington, I sold real estate, then migrated to a 25 year-long career in the mortgage banking field. The last 10 years I have been working in the property management field. I was trained in property management by the best in the business, my wife Molly Anderson, recently retired after a 25 year career with Windermere Property Management. I work to serve our property owners in the areas of rental value assessment, marketing, leasing and management of investment residential properties. I am an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and stay abreast of all local and national trends in property management. Personally, we own and manage several rentals of our own and understand the concerns of diligence and economy of investment real estate management.
