We are thrilled to announce that yet again we have achieved over 20% of the NWMLS market share throughout King & Snohomish Counties. For the first half of the year we leased 22.2% of all residential rental properties on the NWMLS. We continue to rent our properties 11 days faster than the competition (on average) and have increased our price-per-square-foot advantage to 6.3% (on average).
